Thryv won't load

The app just sits and spins. It went down several times today, worked for about 4 hours, then around 6pm it stopped working again. I have restarted my computer several times. Closed other apps. and uninstalled the recent update my computer did over the weekend.

  Thryv will not load on any of our devices, pc or the app. It just keeps spinning We have logged out and back in and restarted our computer.
