Thryv will not load on any of our devices, pc or the app. It just keeps spinning We have logged out and back in and restarted our computer.

Uploaded video has no audio

In the Site Editor, under Websites, and Online Presence, I've uploaded a 3 videos using the media slider widget. None of the videos have audio AFTER uploading. I don't see audio options anywhere.
