Uploaded video has no audio

In the Site Editor, under Websites, and Online Presence, I've uploaded a 3 videos using the media slider widget. None of the videos have audio AFTER uploading. I don't see audio options anywhere.

  Hi there,

  When uploading a video to the site, it is best to use the Video widget. This will allow your video to be properly embedded on the page. The media slider is intended to showcase photos.
