To whom may help,

Our connected Meta (Facebook) has been hacked. And was wondering what can be done to reconnect our new Facebook and Instagram of which have different metas (under the same company name).

  We're so sorry to hear this Ralph! We can help with your Meta accounts in Thryv Marketing Center. 
  
  To start, you'll need to follow the steps here to disconnect Facebook and Instagram from Thryv.

  Once this is complete, you'll need to reconnect them with the new pages.

  Facebook:

  • Text Guide

  Instagram

  • Text Guide
  • Video Guide

  From here, you'll need to reschedule any posts you've created from your Content Library.

  Once these steps are complete, you are ready to use social media again from Thryv Marketing Center.
  
  Keep in mind, this doesn't do anything to address your original Facebook page being hacked. We recommend reporting this to Facebook for them to take appropriate action.
