Whoops! Did you connect the wrong page? Nothing to worry about - we can easily de-link a network following the steps below:

1. In the Marketing Center click Social in the side menu

   

2. Click on the gear icon at the top of the page

   

3.  Choose Linked Accounts

   

4. Make sure Existing is selected and all of your connected platforms will be listed.

   

5.  Locate the one you would like to remove, and hover over the small gear icon under controls. Then select Unlink Account

   

6. You will be asked to confirm, and if you're sure you want to disconnect the platform, click on Unlink

Note: This does not delete any of your social platforms permanently. It merely eliminates the connection between the platform and Thryv

FAQ

Does disconnecting a platform delete any posts created in Thryv Marketing Center™?
No. Once a post has been published, it will remain on that platform. If you would like a post deleted, you will need to do so from within that platform individually.

If I have posts scheduled in Thryv Marketing Center, will disconnecting the platform cancel those posts?
Yes, any posts scheduled through Thryv Marketing Center will not post once the platform is disconnected.

Can I disconnect all social media platforms at once?
No, each one must be disconnected individually.
