Work Around Staff v.s. Sub Contractors
I’m working with a client who is currently adding people who they typically assign to their client projects. They are adding them as staff, even if they are subcontractors, so that they can see the calendar appointments and changes when they are assigned to a job. They feel they may be doing something wrong because they have entered 5 people, but to enter any more it’s asking them to increase their plan and pay more. The people they need to add aren’t true staff members, but they need assigned to the job so they can see any changes that come through on the calendar. What is the best way for them to handle this?

They don't necessarily need to upgrade their entire plan to add more staff. Thryv Business Center allows you to add additional staff members a la carte. These staff members can be removed if they are only temporary (keep in mind any clients assigned to them will need to be reassigned.
