1. In My Account, Click on Add/Update Staff
2. Click the + Icon to add a staff member
3. Enter the Name, Phone Number, Email, and select the Staff Role.
4. Select the staff's permission level for each of the connected channels.
Read/Write - can view and send messages
Read Only - can read messages but not send
No Access - no visibility for this channel
5. Click on Save
If you are adding multiple staff, repeat for each staff member.
