1. Click on Add Staff

2. Enter the Name, Phone Number, Email, and select the Staff Role.

3. Select the staff's permission level for each of the connected channels.

Read/Write - can view and send messages

Read Only - can read messages but not send

No Access - no visibility for this channel

4. Click on Create

If you are adding multiple staff, repeat for each staff member.
