How can I fix this issue?

All my campaigns are suspended due to this and there's nothing I can do to fix it.

Please HELP

  Hey there Tiago thanks for asking! We have unblocked your campaigns and you are able to send them again.
  
  After reviewing your account, your campaigns have been placed on hold because your Bounce Rate has been exceeded. This occurred on the email campaign you sent on November 25th. This block needs to be lifted by our team, which I have already done for you

  What does this mean? To put it simply, it means too many emails you have sent "bounced." A Bounce is when the customer's email server rejects your campaign. This could happen for a number of reasons, including but not limited to: 

  • Misspelled email addresses
  • The email address is no longer valid
  • Security settings on the part of the customer's email provider
  • The customer marking your email as Spam
    
    We have reset your bounce rate, so you should be able to send campaigns again. In the below explanation is a guide on how to "scrub" your email list.

  OK Thanks!  I only had 2 bounces on 1520 emails sent.  Is that bad?

  Usually, a couple of bounced emails here and there may not affect the campaigns. When I looked at your last campaign, it looks like there were also people who marked the email as SPAM, which does count towards a bounce (since the server considers it as undeliverable). We recommend to treat any marked as SPAM the same you would as a bounced email.
