    Hello Lynn, thanks for your question. 
    Addressing the Instructor Time Off appearing on your appointment list, this is happening because your business has saved "Instructor Time Off" as a service in your settings. Because it is included as a service like any other, Thryv doesn't have a way to distinguish this from a real appointment with a real client. For giving your staff time off, it is recommended to use the Block Off Time feature, which does not create an appointment and show up on your booking list. 

     

    For the 4:15 appointment that is not appearing on your calendar, I was not able to replicate this. A quick troubleshooting step: Make sure that on the left hand side of your calendar view, all of the desired staff members are checked and their calendar is displaying. The most likely cause is that a staff member's calendar is unchecked and not showing. If you have verified this and the issue persists please let us know! Thank you!
