client not receiving announcement
Hi!
This is Peace Episcopal Church. My questions is I have 45 clients tagged to receive our weekly church announcement but generally only 37 are shown that it is delivered to. The Tag is Peace at Shiloh which I have put on all client cards. I am confused as to why some receive the announcement but others do not.
Any help you may give would be appreciated.

Hey there Sandy! We took a look at your account and I can tell you what's happening. Not everyone in your client list is opted into receiving your messages. This is a necessary step before they can be delivered. If they have let you know they want to receive these emails, you can navigate to their client card, and click Show More on the right-hand side.
Then, under Communication Details click on the edit pencil. Finally, check the box to opt them into receiving your messages.
But don't worry! You don't have to do this for each client individually. If you export your client list , then look for the column with your opt-in message (this will normally start with "I consent to receiving messages"). Any client that says False in this field is not opted in.
