    Hey there Micah, thanks for asking!

    After reviewing your account, your campaigns have been placed on hold because your Bounce Rate has been exceeded. This occurred on the email campaign you sent on April 23rd. 

    What does this mean? To put it simply, it means too many emails you have sent "bounced." A Bounce is when the customer's email server rejects your campaign. This could happen for a number of reasons, including but not limited to: 

    • Misspelled email addresses
    • The email address is no longer valid
    • Security settings on the part of the customer's email provider
    • The customer marking your email as Spam

      We have reset your bounce rate, so you should be able to send campaigns again. In the below explanation is a guide on how to "scrub" your email list.

    Hello Chris! Upon investigating your account, your campaigns are not blocked due to bounce rate. You've simply hit your monthly limit for campaigns included in your campaign. You are able to send additional campaigns beyond this, but keep in mind this will incur charges on your account. Thanks for your post, and let us know if you run into anything else!
