Hey there Teressa! Thanks for your post!
After reviewing your account, your campaigns have been placed on hold because your Bounce Rate has been exceeded. This occurred on the email campaign you sent on July 12th.
This is caused when your customer's email server rejects your campaign too many times. This could happen for a number of reasons, including but not limited to:
- Misspelled email addresses
- The email address is no longer valid
- Security settings on the part of the customer's email provider
- The customer marking your email as Spam
Click Here for our full article on Bounce Rate.
We went ahead and reset your bounce rate. If you haven't already, Click Here for a full guide on how to remove (or the industry term is "scrub") the bounced emails.
Thank you, and if you have any other questions, leave a comment here or create another post! -
Hi, My account has the same problem. I have done a "scrub" but I am still unable to move forward.
Please help.

Chris thanks for your post! To clarify, once you scrub your emails, you'll still need to contact us as we will then unblock your campaigns on our side.
We have gone ahead and done this for you, and you should now be able to send campaigns with no issues. Please let us know here if you run into anything else!0
