How do you issue a credit to a client to use next time they have an appointment.

  Hi Gary!

  You can do this by creating a package for that client with that service included. Packages use credits that are redeemed when your client schedules an appointment for that service. You can also manage that package to add/remove credits as needed.

  Great question, Gary! You may also consider creating a coupon for the amount their credit will be, so they can redeem it the next time they book. 

  The coupon can be created to be specific for that client and to only be redeemable once.
