Tips to make sure this report is effective
- This report is at its most effective when you are tracking all of your appointments in Thryv Business Center™ and are attaching fees to them to track revenue
- Remember to mark no-show appointments so they show up in your reporting.
Insights gained from this report
- See which staff are completing the most appointments
- See which types of customers (segmented by client status)
- See how many appointments have been cancelled or rescheduled, and gain insight into how much these are costing your business
Actions you can take from this report
- Reassign appointments to staff members for load balancing
- Implement appointment reminders to reduce no-shows and cancellations
- Promote group events if you find they are not as popular as your 1:1 services
