    To answer your questions in order:

    1. The “Notes to client” field that appears when creating an invoice is the exact field that maps to the “Notes” column in an invoice export.

    If the field is left blank during invoice creation, the “Notes” column in the export will appear blank for that invoice (as shown in your example). The export simply reflects whatever was (or wasn’t) entered into the “Notes to client” field.

    It’s also important to note that anything entered into the “Notes to client” field is visible to the client on the invoice itself.

    2. The “Title” column in the export reflects the Service or Product listed on the invoice line item. In other words, it pulls directly from the item listed on the invoice itself, not from the notes or any other field.
