Payment Reports are exporting
my export hasn't worked in 3 months, this is another staff members export screen. She logged out fully and then clearing cache/cookies before logging back in. This has happened since last Thursday

AG$ Thank you for reporting this!! What is happening here is that more fields are being included in the import than Thryv can handle at a time. Because you have detailed client data, Thryv simply can't export that much at once.
To solve for this, reduce the number of fields on your export, and export this spreadsheet. Then, run a 2nd export with the other fields, and something like the name or email so you can match them up, and merge them into one spreadsheet after the fact.
