Online platform keeps logging out
Thryv keeps logging me put and will not let me log back in until I close my browser and reopen it. Then sometimes it still won't let me login. I have to perform this several times and anytime I try to click on an appointment, it will force me to log out

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you are facing!
There are a couple of things we can do to see where the issue might be causing this:
- does clearing out cache/cookies (for all time), closing the browser, then opening your software resolve the issue?
- Are you sharing a login with another user or are logged in on more than one device?

I have cleared out all the cache/cookies for all time, closing the browser and then opening the software but it still does this. I am sharing the login with my phone because I have the app on my phone. But everything has worked up until now.
