Raising Prices

We would like to increase our prices. Do we need to create new items at the new price? How about for packages (items in the package have not changed, just the price)?

  Hey Lynn!

  You can update prices under Settings then Products or Services depending on how you have them stored and update there. 

  Once its correct in your Thryv software, if you need to also update your website,  you can do so under Online Presence > Websites and edit your site there. On every page your prices are listed, click on the price and edit there so it displays properly. If you need any help with editing the site, you can always contact our Web Mods team at webmaintenance@thryv.com and they can assist. They would just need to know what pages you are editing and the specific items to update.
