Thanks for reaching out Jose! There isn't a way to remove a hold from within Thryv, you must contact us.
This happens when a campaign exceeds your bounce rate for bounced emails. You'll need to review your campaigns and see which one bounced and why. Click Here for our full article on Bounce Rate, and Click Here for a full guide on how to remove (or the industry term is "scrub" bounced emails).
We've reset your campaigns and you should now be able to send again, you may need to refresh. Thanks again!0
