Permanently delete Inbox notifications and expired estimates
How do I permanently remove messages from the the Inbox Deleted folder, and estimates that have gone past their due dates?

Currently, the system does not allow for messages to be permanently deleted as the intention of Business Center is to keep detailed records of customer history/interactions. With expired estimates, these can be rejected then marked as Archived. This will take it out of the pending status and will allow you to keep the record without it affecting any reporting.
