The statuses of an estimate are:
First, navigate to the Estimates Dashboard by going to Sales>Estimates.
Use the filters on the right-hand side, to sort estimates by status. From there you can select the estimate that you want to edit by just clicking on the estimate within the list.
Draft Estimate
A draft estimate has not been shared with a client and is fully editable.
Functions available for a Draft Estimate:

FAQs
How do I delete an estimate?
Thryv does its best to keep a full history of your interactions with contacts in Thryv so it does not have a delete option. To remove an estimate from a contact card, it will need to be archived.
Only estimates in draft or rejected status can be archived. So if an estimate has been sent to a client but needs to be removed from their client history, the estimate will need to be rejected then archived. FYI: If an estimate is rejected by the business in Thryv, no notification is sent to the client.
How do I find all the estimates for a contact?
You can view all estimates issued to a contact by searching their name from the estimate tab.
