Won’t take credit card payment

Hi Jim -
It sounds like the Credit Card limit in your ThryvPay settings is set under $17,000 and that you may have ACH turned on. This is why it is asking for a bank account and not allowing the charge to go through on the card. You can update the threshold settings for credit cards under Sales > ThryvPay > Settings.
