Like setting taxes under Settings / Billing & Invoicing is there a way to do it for Shipping and Handling

  Hi there!

  There isnt a way to add taxes to the invoice specifically, but you can add a tax/fee that is automatically added to a Product, Package, or Service. If a user wants a Shipping & Handling fee added to all services, that would also be added to the invoice when it is created and a service is added.
