Adding a task to Client profile with out having a prior email correspondance

    Hi Candy,

     

    Currently, the software can only set a reminder based on an existing message. However, we have received similar feedback to this from other users. I have added you to the open request in our Feedback Center so that we can continue to gauge interest from our users. If there is anything else you would like to see added to the software, feel free to share with us through your Thryv software or by posting here in the Support Forum.

    need to be able to assign staff members follow up tasks for clients - are you stating from the answer above that this is not possible

    Hey Ken!

    Currently in Business Center, there isn’t a way to assign a staff member a follow-up task unless an existing message thread already exists.

    We’ve received similar requests in the past, so I’ve gone ahead and added you to the open request in our Feedback Center so you’ll be tied to any future updates.
