Adding a task to Client profile with out having a prior email correspondance

Hi,

I want to add a followup task to a client and to my dashboard for reminders. I want to do this without having an email or message to initiate.

How can I set this up?

  Hi Candy,

   

  Currently, the software can only set a reminder based on an existing message. However, we have received similar feedback to this from other users. I have added you to the open request in our Feedback Center so that we can continue to gauge interest from our users. If there is anything else you would like to see added to the software, feel free to share with us through your Thryv software or by posting here in the Support Forum.
