disconnect an outlook email sync from an adminstrators

Hi there!

I am looking to stop syncing our administrator emails address with the Thryv inbox.  None of us administrators are using the Thryv website for email checking and every time I log in there is a huge number of "unread" emails. 

How do I go about this please?
