Confirmed Appointments
Good day,
I have noticed that some appointments are confirmed and others are not. I want all appointments to be confirmed by the student.

Lynn thanks for your post! Your appointments are set to request client confirmation. If an appointment is not confirmed, it means the client has not yet confirmed it, OR they booked the appointment online themselves, in which case Thryv will not request confirmation.
