  For the post scheduled July 29th, the video contained is too tall and does not fit Meta's requirements. You can reference this guide for Meta's size specifications. If an image or video does not fit these requirements, it may post distorted or fail altogether. If you edit the video to be a bit wider or less tall, you should be able to post it without issue.
