Printing messages
Is there a way to print a message thread? I've searched & searched but cannot find an option to "Print." This is basic functionality and it should be easy to do! What am I missing??

Great question Debbie! At this time there is not a built-in feature to print a conversation with a client. The workaround is to copy/paste outside of Thryv and print from Word or a different document processor.

Agree with Debbie. This should not be so difficult and it most definitely should be a standard option. Copying and pasting or printing by pieces parts is annoying and unproductive.

We take feedback very seriously at Thryv, and hearing from users like you helps shape our roadmap. We gather feedback from a variety of sources, including this site, our in-app feedback form and surveys, research from our telemetry and user behavior, and other sources.
We take into consideration factors like the time and effort involved to build certain features, the number of users who would benefit, and whether there are potential workarounds for the problem posed. In short, we try to do the most good for the highest number of our users.
It's true, the workaround for copy and pasting the conversation outside of Thryv is definitely a frustrating one, and isn't what you're looking for. We do have a request for printing conversations in our Feedback Center. In the event conversation printing is added to our roadmap, you'll be notified. We'll be sure to post on this thread as well.
