Integration question with photos/documents
The client currently uses CompanyCam to have her customers take and upload job photos. We've attempted to use the Zapier integration, but it doesn't place the photos into the "Documents" field as she was hoping.
Is there another system that integrates more effectively with Thryv for third-party photo uploads? She prefers not to give her staff access to client information or billing, so providing them any access to the Thryv app isn't a viable option.
Appreciate any guidance you can provide.

Thanks for your question Katelyn! Right now, there is not a fully automated way to accomplish this, because of the limitations you have described. We'll note this as feedback and give what may be a potential (albeit manual) solution.
The customer could instead use Zapier to create an email to send the images to a monitored inbox. This way, the customers/staff could still send the pictures to one place, and only the Thryv staff who monitors this inbox could then upload the photos. Still a manual step, but it keeps data secure and gets images where they need to go. Alternatively you could set up a shared cloud folder (like Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive for each client). This could be more or less work depending on the client's exact workflow.
In the meantime, this also represents great feedback! We are adding you to the relevant request in our Feedback Center, and sharing this request directly with our integrations team!
Thanks again for your post! If any other Thryv users would like to see a similar integration, let us know in a comment!0
