Exporting Job/Customer List
I went through the steps of exporting my job list. I have 4882 jobs to export. I saved it as an excel file, and when I go to open the saved file, I get a pop-up that says "The file format and extension of 'Clients.xls' don't match. The file could be corrupted or unsafe. Unless you trust its source, don't open it. Do you want to open it anyway?" I click yes, and it shows me 2000 jobs of the 4882 I saved. I tried exporting the list as a CSV instead, but when I try to open that saved file, there's an even larger pop-up that in short says "Adobe Acrobatr couldn't open because the file is either not supported or has been damaged."
How do I obtain an accurate export of all 4882 jobs?

Great question Ashley! Currently, only 2000 clients can be exported at a time. This is not impacted by the file type selected.
The simplest option would be to sync your client list to a Google sheet, and download from there. Click Here for a guide
Alternatively, you could use filters or tags to export 3 lists, then combine them into one spreadsheet afterward. Click Here for a guide to tagging your clients.
Additionally, we do have a feedback request to expand the number of clients available to export higher than 2000. We have proactively added your name to that request, which counts as a vote in its favor and ensures you are notified in the event this enhancement is added to our roadmap.If any other Thryv users would like to add the ability to export more than 2000 clients, let us know in a comment!
