Client Invoices

How are clients looking at invoices created?  What report do i use. 

Billing & Invoices only pulling 'OPEN' invoices

I'm able to search by Creation 0r Due Date, again only pulling open. 

The Client's profile doesn't show invoice date 

 

 

I see the payments... paid date but again not the invoice date. I know the software isn't capable of searching by invoice number either

  Hey there AG$! To see all invoices created, you would need to make sure all the status filters on the right hand side are checked. 
  Is this what you are looking for? Or a different question?

  In theory it should work, it doesn't. The ASSUMPTION is you know the 'Creation Date' as i can see behind this screen shot. I should be able to pull ANY client's invoices with the filters listed above. This has never been the case.

  So what you're saying is, it's only pulling up invoices from past a certain date? If this is the case, can you set the date filters to far in the past and then see all invoices?
