Payments Sync'ing to Random Invoices

Payments are sync'ing to random invoices that are attached to the same email address. This is happening invoices that are PAID in QBO but are outstanding in Thryv.  We have issues with our Thryv sync'ing to QB and also all our ACH payments have to be posted to QBO before Thryv, but this has never happened. It's a new occurrence, about 60 days old.
