One time password application code

When I go to my Icon on my phone to use Thryv it wants me to sign in. I sign in using id & password then it askes for the onetime password code and I never see where to get the one time code. I'm not happy. Please help.

this happened to Carey & Lana's phones. we use the thryv app to see clients data on what services has been performed on each clients piano. we can also make appointments using the app. without being able to use the app this makes our jobs a bit more difficult. Why is this happening? lana
