    Thanks for your post Jocelyne, we have reset your bounce rate, so you should be able to send campaigns again.

    For those who may also need help with this, In the below explanation is a guide on how to "scrub" your email list.

    What does all of this mean? To put it simply, it means too many emails you have sent "bounced." A Bounce is when the customer's email server rejects your campaign. This could happen for a number of reasons, including but not limited to: 

    • Misspelled email addresses
    • The email address is no longer valid
    • Security settings on the part of the customer's email provider
    • The customer marking your email as Spam
