Email has Exclamation
I'm unable to sync due to my client's email with a '!" i cant include a screenshot since it's personal info. please advise how to fix.

AG$ thank you for your post! This actually indicates that the client's customer's email is blocking emails from Thryv. To resolve, this customer will need to add no-reply@thryv.comand reply@thryv.com as contacts in their Gmail contact list. Once they do, let us know and we can remove the block on our end. This will stop the client's email server from blocking Thryv emails

Happy new year to you as well! Thanks for your post! And to be clear any time you see that ! icon on a contact this flow will work, you'll just need to let us know once the customer has taken these steps and our team can unblock the email at that point.
