Notes on Client Cards
Is there a way to mark a note as important or pin it to the top of the notes list? We want to have a note that contains important customer information and always shows at the top of the notes list. It will be updated periodically by staff so adding a document is not the deisired solution. Adding a custom field to the client card won't work as it will truly be text and, depending upon the client, could be lengthy.
Ideas anyone?
