Great question Christine! 
First, if you haven't already, you'll need to connect your profile to your social account. Here is a full guide, what you'll need to do is click on Social, then click on the Gear Icon for settings, Add New, select Facebook, and from there sign in with your Facebook credentials. 

Once you've done this (or if you have already) go to your Social Calendar. Click on Post Now or to schedule it in advance, click a date on the calendar. The window to create your post will appear. Add your captions, images or videos, and don't forget to take advantage of the AI tool for wording if you'd like! Here is a full guide for creating your post.
