Thread: Questions if your advertising products has been upgraded to a Thryv® software product
If you are an advertiser on YP.com or other Thryv advertising product, you may recently have been upgraded to one of our software solutions. Depending on your product, you may access information about your ad performance through our Thryv Marketing Center™ or Listings Management products. Although the fundamental features of your product have not changed, there will also be changes to the way you are billed.
What you need to know:
- We may change/improve the placement of your listings, and your geographical distribution may change as well.
- You will receive a new monthly invoice for your product, and it may be called by a different name.
- If you are a customer of Thryv products that are not being migrated, you may continue to receive separate bills for them.
- You'll receive additional tools to elevate the efficiency and intelligence of your marketing program

I have a customer with questions about his bills...he is getting charged and the two amounts appear to total more than his monthly assets? Can you please breakdown his monthly services, taxes and fees? Thanks!
