    Hey there Yolanda, thanks for your question! It should show up in the same line as the one created called "Thryv Sales" unless the user has changed it in QuickBooks. It should not be creating a new line. Definitely follow up with your client or their bookkeeper and let us know if we need to take a closer look at this instance!

    I stubbled upon this question.

    I use QBO and the 'Product Name' shows up as 'Thryv Sales: Product Name' it's when you modify the Thryv 'Description' field, it will dump in the QBO under Sales > Product & Services as it's own 'product' see below. 

    I made a  'Claim' Product and in the description is a claim number is specific to each client. But it creates a new 'Product' for ever invoice. As you see below (1127) means it created 1,127 new products on my QBO.
