Trying to have staff member manage social - getting Too Many Redirects Error
AnsweredI have access to posting on my account but when my staff member, who I want to put in charge of posting tries to login he gets an error message indicating "login.labs.thryv.com redirected you too many times"
How do we fix this?

Thanks for your post Ryan! In order to resolve this, make sure cookies are allowed on your browser. For Chrome, click on the three dots in the top right corner>Settings>Privacy and Security, and then Third Party Cookies, and ensure that they are allowed. This will fix the too many redirects error. We have gone through these steps and third-party cookies are definitely enabled. My staff just tried logging in again today and we're still experiencing the same too many redirects error.
