How Can I View History
While updating the messaging in several appointments, I noticed an appointment was scheduled, but could not be redeemed (not part of the package). I clicked on the package link to view the history and I received the message,
Is there another way to view appointments assigned to this package, I need to clean this up.

Thanks for your post Lynn! So what should be happening here when you click on View History is a list of the appointments and dates that have already been credited to this package. It should look something like this:
Our team is going to investigate the error message you are receiving.
In the meantime, you should be able to navigate to the client card for this client, and click on the Bookings tab which will show all of their appointments under Past Bookings. Then, you can look at the appointments that have happened until you find the one you are looking for and refund the package credit. It will be a little slower but should get the job done while we investigate this.

The funny thing is...
It is a 6 lesson package, and only 2 lessons were completed. Both of those lessons do not need to be refunded. There are another 4 lessons scheduled, that should satisfy the 6 lesson package, but the last lesson is not redeemable. Here lies the issue - all lessons are '45 Minute Private Lesson (Private Lessons)', but one lesson behaves as a new service item.0 -
