Great question Emily! Videos are not available in the gallery section on a DIY Website , they are available if the user upgrades to a Thryv-managed site.

However, there is a workaround possible. A user can upload a GIF to the gallery section of their website instead of a video. If any other users have found a creative solution, let us know in the comments!
