Client Opting Back In after Unsubscribing from Campaigns
AnsweredI have clients who are showing as unsubscribed from campaigns who now want to opt back in. How do we do this?

Hey Todd!
Your client can re-subscribe by going back to an email campaign they have received from you previously and clicking unsubscribe at the bottom. After doing this, it will give them an option to opt back into receiving campaigns from you (Click to re-subscribe).

My client advised they deleted all prior emails so this won't be an option. Is there another way to re-subscribe?

Todd we have a solution for you!
Step 1: Send an announcement to your own email address
Step 2: Once you receive the announcement, forward it directly to your customer from your email address. It will not be blocked since it's coming from you
Step 3: The customer can now open the email, scroll down and click on the unsubscribe button, and Opt back in there as shown above.
