Currently there is not a way to delete an individual item from the inbox. 

You are able to delete the entire conversation, but not messages individually.

We do have an active request for deleting individual inbox items in our Feedback Center. We have proactively added you to this request so that you will receive updates about it and will be notified in the event it is added to our roadmap.
