This is a request we have heard before, though in different variations. Some users would prefer the flow to go Estimate>Appointment>Invoice, but it sounds like your ideal flow is Appointment>Estimate>Invoice. Am I understanding that correctly?

Also, what would you want to carry over from the appointment to the estimate? Is the purpose of the appointment just to do the estimate or are there certain services/information you would like to see included?

i would like to see this as well - in most service businesses the appointment is set to provide a free estimate - i would like to see the appointment set for free estimate and then easily create the estimate from the appointment
