Hi Shay! Thanks for your post!

After reviewing your account, your campaigns have been placed on hold because your Bounce Rate has been exceeded. It looks like your automated campaign titled "New Lead Nurture" is the campaign that caused it. This is an automated campaign designed to automatically send to new leads that are added. If you imported a client list while this campaign was active, it would have automatically sent to all of them.

Although this is inconvenient right now, this is actually is a great opportunity! This gives you the chance to clean up your email list in one big batch. Now you'll know you have a good email list going forward. In fact, your open rate on this campaign was a phenomenal 46%! If you export the list of bounced emails and either fix or remove them, and continue to keep your email list up to date, this should not happen again, and you'll have a much more valuable email list.

We have reset your bounce rate, so you should be able to send campaigns again. In the below explanation is a guide on how to "scrub" your email list.

What does all of this mean? To put it simply, it means too many emails you have sent "bounced." A Bounce is when the customer's email server rejects your campaign. This could happen for a number of reasons, including but not limited to:

    • Misspelled email addresses
    • The email address is no longer valid
    • Security settings on the part of the customer's email provider
    • The customer marking your email as Spam
