Yext Advanced App Issues
Encountered features with issues in the Yext Advanced App:
1. "Configuration" tabs for GBP, Facebook & Yelp gives an error message "There was an error loading data. Please try again." Upon checking the Inspect tool shows "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403... fetchSyncSettings & fetchBrandSettings"
2. "Widgets" section gives an error message "You do not have permissions to view widgets."
3. "Publishers" pages for Central Index and Data Axle are blank. Normally would show a column box with its status.
4. "Enhanced Content Lists" is nowhere to be found in the Yext console even though the Thryv Support Article 6663497056525 talks about being only available in the Yext app and Yext's Support Article shows it available for Partner Accounts.
5. "Listings Verifier" is nowhere to be found in the Yext console. This was released in Fall 22. Yext's Support Article shows it available for Partner Accounts. When will this be enabled?
6. "Opt In & Opt Out" options are greyed out in the menu. Is by designed? (Listings Management doesn't have a opt out button for unavailable listings.)
7. "Advanced Category Management" is inaccessible as the 'Categories' is greyed out. This feature is used for overriding certain publishers listings. Yext's Product Release Fall 23 states "Previously, account restrictions limited user ability to manage publisher-specific categories, requiring customers to contact support to update these Listings-specific fields. With new Listings safeguards in place, users can edit their publisher-specific categories directly in the Categories modal under Advanced Category Management." Will there be any functionally brought to the Listings Management with this?

1. I was not able to replicate this issue. A member of the Product team will reach out to you to gather more information3. I was able to replicate this error. Our team is investigating this issue
2, 4, 5, 6, 7. Not all Yext features are included in our partner account due to limitations with the integration. We will create feedback items to include this functionality in our feedback center. The articles mentioned have been corrected to reflect this. We have also created a feature request for Opt out on unavailable listings. Thanks for following up! Unfortunately Thryv doesn't have any additional insight beyond what is provided by Yext. The best way to stay informed on this is to follow Yext's Status Board
