Before You Begin: When You Can Connect a Bank Account
ThryvPay requires at least one processed transaction with funds available before a bank account can be connected. If you have not yet processed a transaction, the bank account connection option will not be available. Once you have processed a transaction and funds are available, ThryvPay will prompt you to connect a bank account so those funds can be deposited.
How to Connect Your Bank Account from the ThryvPay Dashboard
If you have funds available from processed transactions but no bank account is connected, ThryvPay will display a notification banner at the top of your ThryvPay dashboard. The banner alerts you that funds are available and that a bank account is needed to receive the deposit. Click the prompt in the banner to begin connecting your bank account. The banner will continue to appear on your ThryvPay dashboard until a bank account is successfully connected.
How to Connect or Update Your Bank Account Through ThryvPay Settings
To connect or update a bank account without using the dashboard banner, navigate to your ThryvPay dashboard and click Settings in the navigation area at the top of the ThryvPay dashboard.
On the Settings page, scroll to the Bank Information section. Click Edit to open the bank account entry form.
How to Verify Your Identity Before Entering Bank Information
Before ThryvPay displays or allows edits to any bank account information, the system will send a verification code by text message to the mobile phone number associated with your ThryvPay account. Enter the verification code in the field provided and submit the code to proceed. This identity verification step applies whether you are connecting a bank account for the first time or updating existing bank account information.
How to Enter Your Bank Account Details
After completing identity verification, the bank account entry form will appear. Start by selecting your Account Type. The available account types are Corporate Checking and Corporate Savings. Select the account type that matches the bank account you are connecting to ThryvPay.
Next, enter your bank Routing Number in the Routing Number field. Then enter your bank Account Number in the Account Number field and enter the account number a second time in the Confirm Account Number field to verify accuracy. Review all entered information to confirm it is correct, then click Update Bank Information to save your bank account details.
