How to View Your Active Listings
To view your active listings, click Online Presence in the left-hand navigation, then click Listings Management. The Listings Management page displays all of your current active listings. You can toggle between an interactive map view and a grid view using the view switcher in the upper right corner of the page. The map view shows the geographic distribution of your listings, while the grid view displays each publisher site as an individual card showing the site name and sync status.

Note: Sites available will vary by location for international partnerships.
How to Edit Your Listing Information
To edit your listing information, click Manage My Listings in the upper right corner of the Listings Management page. This opens your listing profile, where you can update your business name, address, phone number, hours, photos, and more. Enhanced Profiles
Enhanced Profiles are listings on specific publisher sites that allow you to add more detailed information about your business to help you stand out from competitors. Enhanced Profiles are available exclusively with Thryv Marketing Center™. If your account does not include Thryv Marketing Center™, Enhanced Profiles will appear greyed out on the Listings Management page and cannot be edited. To learn more about adding Thryv Marketing Center™ to your account, click Learn More next to any greyed-out Enhanced Profile. The image above shows the Enhanced Profiles section below the listing profile on the Listings Management page. Publisher sites included in Enhanced Profiles are shown as individual cards. Sites that are greyed out are not active on your account and require Thryv Marketing Center™ to enable.
Frequently Asked Questions and Limitations
How long does it take for my listing information to sync after I make a change?
Updates typically sync within a few hours, though timing may vary by publisher
site.
Can I control which publisher sites my listing syncs to?
Thryv Business Center pushes your listing information to all connected publisher
sites automatically. To view the full list of sites your listing syncs to,
click Online Presence in the left-hand navigation, then
click Listings Management.
What happens if someone edits my listing information on a publisher site directly?
Thryv Business Center locks your listings on connected publisher sites to
prevent unauthorized changes. If a change is made directly on a publisher
site, Thryv Business Center will push your correct information back to that
site during the next sync.
